Adapting To The Temporary New Normal...

Like many, I feel like I'm living in the upside down world. Going into the third week of quarantine and I've begun to lose track of space and time. My emotions have been all over the map. One moment, I'm calm and collected and then suddenly I get hit with a wave of panic. Some nights I sleep soundly, while other evenings I find myself wondering around the house aimlessly, deep in thought. Mainly wondering, how am I going to support my family in the coming months and when will normalcy return? After a few deep breaths, the calm returns and I try to be proactive. All I (we) can do, is press on and forge a plan.

Most of us may be experiencing fluctuations in energy levels due to carrying the emotional and mental strain of our current collective experiences.

I'm truly fortunate to be able to do what I love for a living. Filled with gratitude and a whole lot of determination, I'm evolving my business practice during this challenging time. Hence the new website. WELCOME! This site is still a work in progress & over the next week I'll be adding more essential information. I'm working on organizing material so that I can help you with your movement journey to the best of my ability. Please feel free to email me at anytime with questions you may have.
